Eccentric shaft adjustment for belt tension is common to all Ace Aviation redrives. Takes just 5 minuites to tension the 2 Allen head bolts.

*  Belt tension should be under 25 Nm`s for all Tooth / timing belt redrives

  • GK 800 & 850 redrive: Comes with mounting blocks & plates, taper crankshaft adapter and assembly bolts for all parts made by Ace Aviaion.

  • 1000 cc engine: Upper backplate to the engine is supplied. As above.

 

  • Customer is responsible for getting / buying the keyless bush for small pulley to the crankshaft. This is Not supplied by Ace Aviation.
